AFMCO Post Arrival Policy

Arrival-Day Support
Upon arrival in Saudi Arabia, AFMCO shall provide newly recruited employees with:
- Airport welcoming by AFMCO representatives.
- Transportation from the airport to AFMCO accommodation.
- Arrival meal at no cost to the employee.
- Internet access to contact family and friends.
- Necessary arrival and onboarding assistance.
AFMCO shall ensure that newly arrived employees receive appropriate support during their initial arrival and onboarding process.

Next-Day Ethical Recruitment Verification
On the following day, AFMCO shall invite newly arrived employees to the AFMCO Head Office for an introduction and independent post-arrival recruitment-experience interview.
The purpose of this verification is to independently confirm that the recruitment process was conducted in accordance with AFMCO's ethical recruitment standards.
AFMCO shall directly verify with each employee:
- How they were recruited.
- Whether anyone requested or collected money from them.
- Whether they paid any recruitment, agency, visa, medical, biometric or SVP/skill-verification fee.
- Whether they experienced any pressure, coercion, fraud or misleading information.
- Whether the agreed salary and employment conditions were properly communicated.
- Whether their employment contract and actual employment terms are consistent with the information provided during recruitment.
- Whether they experienced any other recruitment-related concern or violation.
The interview shall be conducted in a language understood by the employee, where required, to ensure that the employee can provide accurate and unrestricted feedback.

Employee Ethical Recruitment Declaration
Following the verification interview, each employee shall complete and sign an AFMCO Ethical Recruitment Declaration confirming their recruitment experience and whether any payment was requested, demanded or made during the recruitment process.
Employees shall be informed that they may report any recruitment-related concern confidentially and without fear of retaliation.

SAR 200 Food/Welfare Allowance
Following completion of the post-arrival verification process, AFMCO shall provide SAR 200 to each eligible newly recruited employee as an initial Food/Welfare Allowance.
The SAR 200 allowance:
- Is not a loan.
- Is not recoverable from the employee.
- Shall not be deducted from the employee's salary.
- Shall not create any employee debt or financial obligation.
- Shall be provided as an employee welfare benefit.

Iqama & Communication Support
AFMCO shall process the employee's applicable Saudi Residence ID (Iqama) in accordance with applicable Saudi requirements.
AFMCO shall also provide a SIM card at no cost to the employee, subject to applicable telecom requirements, to facilitate communication with:
- Family members.
- AFMCO management and HR.
- Emergency contacts.
- Relevant support functions.

Recruitment Violation & Corrective Action
If an employee reports that money was requested, demanded or paid during the recruitment process, AFMCO shall initiate an appropriate investigation.
Depending on the findings, corrective action may include:
- Employee protection and confidentiality.
- Investigation of the relevant recruitment agency, recruiter or sourcing partner.
- Reimbursement of unauthorized recruitment-related payments, where applicable.
- Corrective and preventive action.
- Suspension or termination of the responsible recruitment partner.
- Escalation to relevant authorities, where required.
AFMCO shall maintain appropriate records of reported cases, investigations and corrective actions in accordance with applicable requirements.

Non-Retaliation
AFMCO strictly prohibits retaliation against any employee who raises a genuine concern regarding recruitment fees, recruitment practices, agency misconduct, contract substitution, fraud, coercion or any other unethical recruitment practice.
Employees shall be encouraged to report concerns openly and shall be provided with appropriate channels for confidential reporting.

Post-Arrival Ethical Recruitment Commitment
Recruitment does not end when the employee arrives in Saudi Arabia.
AFMCO independently verifies the employee's recruitment experience after arrival to ensure that every employee entered employment through a 100% ethical, transparent and responsible recruitment process.
